These SMS Terms apply when you choose to receive text messages from the Law Office of Andrew A. Ballerini. By providing your mobile number and consenting to text communications, you agree to the terms described below.

Text message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Mobile Information
We respect the privacy of information provided through our text messaging program. We do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our communications systems when reasonably necessary to provide those services. Our handling of personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Confidential and Sensitive Information
Text messaging may not always be appropriate for confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information. Please use care when sending personal or legal information by text message.

No Attorney-Client Relationship Created by Texting
Sending a text message to the Law Office of Andrew A. Ballerini does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only after the firm agrees to represent you and any required engagement agreement is completed.
